RECARO replaces the Young Sport with a premium combination harness-to-booster toddler car seat, designed for use with children from 20-90 lbs in harness mode, and 30-120 lbs in booster mode. The RECARO ProSPORT currently features the highest weight capacity available for a 5-point harness seat, and is in line with the highest weight capacity available for a booster car seat. The ProSPORT is made in the USA, and is part of the ProSERIES collection of child safety seats, designed with premium Side Impact Protection to protect the five main vulnerable areas of a child’s body – the head, neck, face, torso and pelvis.

The push button LATCH system easily attaches to your vehicle’s lower anchors, and when not in use, the connectors conveniently stow away within the base of the seat. RECARO recommends LATCH only be used in conjunction with the 5-point harness up to 52 lbs. Once your child reaches the recommended maximum weight limit, the ProSPORT must be installed using the vehicle’s seat belts. LATCH is not to be used with the ProSPORT when in booster mode.
